Terms of use
Last updated 8 September 2026.
A free site, built by one person. It is not an official source of anything. This page says what that means in practice.
What this site is
A free, personal tool for planning hours in the ministry. It was built and is kept running by Guilherme Battoni.
It has no affiliation with, sponsorship from or approval by any organization. It speaks for no one but the person who made it.
The figures change, and this is not where you check them
The site shows figures: 600 hours in the year for the regular pioneer, 30 hours and 15 hours in the month for the auxiliary, and the service year running from 1 September to 31 August.
Those figures come from announcements, and announcements change. The regular pioneer goal was a different number before 2023. Any of them can change again, and this site may be slow to catch up.
So check the figure for your goal with whoever handles it in your congregation, and treat what is here as arithmetic, not as a source.
The same holds for any requirement or condition shown here. If this screen disagrees with what was announced, the announcement wins.
This is arithmetic, not advice
The site divides the goal by the weeks and draws the result. It knows nothing about your job, your health, your family or your congregation.
The decision to enrol, to carry on or to stop is yours, and it is worth talking through with the people who live it with you.
Free, and as it is
Nothing is charged, there is no advertising and there is no paid plan.
In exchange, the site is offered as it is. It can go down, it can change, it can gain and lose features, and it can one day end.
If your schedule matters to you, keep a copy: the result screen lets you print it or save it as a PDF.
And if a figure here turns out wrong, a free site cannot be what answers for the hours you planned. That is what the section above is for.
Your account and your address
One account, one schedule. Adjusting happens in place: same address, same schedule, different numbers.
The address is chosen by you and is public to anyone with the link. Changing it breaks the links you have already shared.
You can ask for your account and your schedule to be deleted whenever you want, by writing to guilherme@battoni.dev.
What not to do here
- Do not sweep the site looking for other people's addresses.
- Do not put another person's name, photo or contact on your schedule.
- Do not use the site’s email sending to reach anyone but yourself.
Use like that can have the account and the schedule deleted, without warning.
Which law applies
Brazilian law. The site is run from Brazil, by a person in Brazil.
When these terms change
The date at the top changes with them. Carrying on using the site after that is accepting the new version; if it does not work for you, ask for deletion.
Talking to the person who runs it
guilherme@battoni.dev. You get an answer within 7 business days.
The WhatsApp number on your page is for one case only: fixing an email address typed wrong. For anything about your data, use the email.
